Dual Boilers

Dual boilers allow for simultaneous brewing and steaming. With two boilers specifically dedicated to each function, consistent steam and brew pressure is the name of the game. Usually, dual boiler espresso machines will cost upwards of $2,000. La Spaziale has created a machine below that price point with the Mini Vivaldi II.

Vibratory Pump

While not as quiet as a rotary pump, vibratory pumps are an essential component to creating quality espresso at home. This feature allows the user to adjust brew pressure.

Digital Temperature Control

Maintaining boiler temperature is vital to creating consistently warm, good tasting espresso. With the Mini Vivaldi ii Dual Boiler, you can adjust brew and steam boiler temperature with the touch of a button.

Programmable Dosing Volume

The programmable volumetric dosing feature allows you to program single & double shot buttons to dispense your desired amount of espresso. Simply program your desired quantities, push a button and go.

4-Hole Tip Steam Wand

The swiveling 4-hole tip stainless steel steam wand is of commercial quality and guarantees improved steaming. Want tea? A hot water dispenser is also included on the Mini Vivaldi II.

Dual Manometers

Dual gauges assist you in monitoring boiler and pump pressure. Located on the front face of the machine for incredible convenience.

NSF Approved

The La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi is one of the only prosumer espresso machines certified for commercial use. Suitable for a small to medium sized café, food truck or office environment, rest assured the Mini Vivaldi ii is NSF certified.

Our Take - Hands On Research

Right off the bat you'll notice something different about this machine - it's appearance. Yes, it's not what you typically see from the Italian manufacturers in the all stainless steel body with an E61 group head and that's by design. La Spaziale is really trying to differentiate themselves from the pack with the Mini Vivaldi. With a more "horiziontal" approach, this machine gives off a more modern look with an incredibly user-friendly design.

Steam Power You Won't Believe

With dual boilers (at a single boiler price might I add) you'll immediately notice the power that comes along with this guy. Don't let the "Mini" in the name fool you. This machine is one powerful piece of machinery. Compared to competing brands like Rocket Espresso and Quick Mill, the Mini Vivaldi's steam pressure blows them both out of the water. La Spaziale is primarily a commercial machine manufacturer so it's no surprise this domestic machine has immense steam power normally found on higher volume, commercial machines.

User Friendly

If you're new to these types of machines, don't let the above paragraph mentioning incredibly steam power scare you off. The Mini Vivaldi is incredibly easy to use, even for beginnings. With controls located right on the front face of the machine, you can easily program your espresso machine (based on shot volume) for single and double shots. After it's programmed, making espresso is as easy as 1-2-3. While there is still a learning curve to figuring out how to brew and steam to perfection, this machine will be a wonderful partner to help you become a professional at home barista in no time.

53mm not 58mm

Most machines these days you'll find come with a 58mm E61 group. Not this one. It comes with a 53mm saturated group head. So the question is now; is that better than the E61? While there isn't a straight answer to that question, there are certainly benefits to having smaller, deeper 53mm portafilters paired with a saturated group. For starters, the saturated head will heat up quicker than a machine equipped with an E61 due to the fact that it's closer to the boiler. Less waiting for the machine to heat up is always a plus. In addition, they offer higher levels of thermal stability, a massively important component to making quality espresso.

    Great espresso machine, very satisfied.

I wanted to wait before I reviewed this machine. I have had it for about a month and it has performed great. It was a replacement for a fully automatic espresso maker (which worked for 8 years). I have been really happy and hope to have this for 10+ years. The espresso is amazing and it gets better the more I figure it out. Shipping was great. I received it in 2 days. So happy.

You know what you are getting

If you are in the market for a mini vivaldi, I have no doubt that you already know quite a bit about this machine. I am something of a newbie looking for an upgrade, and the machine is everything I would expect and more. Working with Cliff and Pebble to customize the machine was an additional pleasure. For a double boiler in this price range, this is the machine.

    Great home espresso machine!

Spent a while researching and researching. Finally landing on the mini vivaldi ii. I have at least 2 lattes a day and needed a machine that could be left on all day and still hold heat. So far, the Mini Vivaldi has been nothing short of perfect. Steaming is easy and efficient. Technically my coffee is now free since I don't have to go to Starbucks anymore!

The service I received from Matt at Cliff & Pebble was fantastic. He walked me through everything and really put me at ease when making my purchase by ensuring me this was the right machine for me.

    Dual Boiler or BUST

"Have always wanted a dual boiler to upgrade to from my Rancilio Silvia and this was the cheapest I found after weeks of research.

Simply put - I have not looked back for a second after purchasing the Mini Vivaldi II. The dual boilers are awesome and provide the necessary parts for consistent espresso. Every time I use the machine - the coffee is phenomenal. I didn't get that with my old machine. I paired it with a Mazzer Mini E (also from Cliff & Pebble) and the setup looks great on my counter.

The control panel is so simple and easy to use. Steaming is incredibly easy and brewing is even easier. "
