Why buy a used espresso machine?
Here at Cliff & Pebble we offer the most lenient return policy of any prosumer dealer there is - a 365 day return policy. And while this policy only applies to brand new, unused merchandise (not outlet center items), it allows our customers to really decide if the machine or grinder they purchased is right for them. It's very rare that a customer decides to return a machine and simply go on their way. When a machine is returned, it's usually to upgrade to an even better machine.
So, what happens to the initial machines when they're returned to us? You'll find them here in the outlet center ready to be loved all over again by a new user! Here's what you'll enjoy buying a used espresso machine:
1. Savings Galore
Of course when a used espresso machine is returned, we can no longer sell it at the full retail price. So, we discount them by as much as 40% in some cases depending on the condition it's returned to us in.
A prosumer espresso setup is expensive. There are always massive savings in the second hand market.
2. They've been inspected thoroughly
Cliff & Pebble will never list a used espresso machine before it's been put through the ringer after we get it back from it's original customer. Our technicians strive to make sure products listed in our outlet center are in the best condition possible.
However, there may be scratches, dents, and other normal wear & tear. See each individual product description for details and condition of the product.
3. You'll still have a warranty, sometimes the full warranty!
Because our technicians test these machines extensively before listing them for resale, we have no problem offering a warranty with them. In fact, and in most cases, you're given the full, exact same warranty you would have received purchasing the product brand new at it's full retail price!
Please see each product listing for warranty duration.
