An upgrade from the Type V in that the Evoluzione R contains a commercial-grade rotary pump making this machine more consistent, quieter, and allows you to plumb directly to your water line (optional). New to the Evo R comes the integrated shot timer to help you perfect your shots. PID is hidden behind the drip tray to help you control your temperatures or experiment if you dare. Featuring both a steam and brew pressure gauge, an integrated stainless steel cup rail, and styling you've come to love from Rocket Espresso, the Mozzy Evo R is a beast.
