Is the Lelit Bianca worth the money?
Well, we may be biased but we certainly think so. If taken care of properly, there is no reason any Lelit espresso machine can't last you at least a decade.
When compared to some of the larger brands (Breville, Cuisinart, KitchenAid, etc), any prosumer brand like Lelit produces products that are truly built to last.

How does it compare to other dual boiler espresso machines?
The Bianca contains dual stainless steel boilers. Most manufactures are still putting copper boilers in their machines. We view stainless steel boilers as an upgrade as they've been proven to hold heat better and last much, much longer.
Additionally, the Bianca is the only dual boiler on the market that comes with flow profiling standard. Normally, this would cost you an additional $250+ in the form of a flow profiling module.

Do I need a grinder too?
Yes. In fact, the grinder is the more important part of the equation when it comes to making café-quality coffee at home.

Do I have to use flow profiling?
No. It is totally optional.

How does the warranty work?
Here at Cliff & Pebble we give our customers a 3 year warranty on every Lelit espresso machine. In the event something goes wrong, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to troubleshoot over the phone.
Worst-case scenario the machine may need to come in for warranty repairs but don't worry, we make this process and quick & painless as possible.
