Unlike single boiler heat exchangers, you'll see virtually zero loss of pressure when brewing and steaming at the same time. Each boiler is dedicated solely to one function - steaming or brewing. Pressure profiling at it's finest. But what is pressure profiling? A system that allows you to design and pull YOUR ideal shot of espresso by breaking down the extraction process into five different stages - each customizable. The R60V allows for three separate profiles to be programmed any way you want.
