Videos help us diagnose the problem quickly without having you send the machine in. Calling us will only result in us asking for a photo or video of the issue before we can go any further.

What does my warranty cover?
Our warranties cover defects in parts relating to your espresso machine or grinder. What isn't covered is cosmetic issues or normal "wear & tear" items such as replacement shower screens, group head gaskets, gauges, burrs, etc. Warranty also covers labor charges assuming you send your machine back to us or one of our partners for repair. Should you take your machine somewhere locally, labor charges will be your responsibilty even if your machine in under warranty as our technicians will not be performing the repair. Should the outfit you take your product(s) to require any sort of part, we will happily send it to them under warranty.
Any machine or grinder that arrives defective, please contact us immediately. Do not try and fix the issue yourself as this will void your warranty completely.
