Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP Espresso Grinder
Flat 65mm Espresso + filter- Single dose
- Stepless
Best for: One grinder for espresso and filter
Espresso and coffee grinders from Eureka, Turin, Mahlkönig, Baratza, Rocket Espresso, Lelit, Acaia and Breville, from compact single-dose grinders to grind-by-weight espresso grinders. The grinder shapes the taste of your coffee more than anything else on the counter, and every one we sell comes with a 365-day in-home trial.
Bigger burrs grind faster and cooler, and usually give a cleaner cup. Burr design matters too, so size isn't the whole story.
Tip: tick Compare on up to three grinders to see them side by side.

It's about how you like to work, not which is better.
Weigh the beans for one drink and grind them all. Almost nothing is left inside, so it's easy to switch coffees or go from espresso to pour-over.
Best for: trying lots of coffees, and both espresso and filter
Fill it with a bag of beans and press a button. A timer or built-in scale doses for you, drink after drink.
Best for: the same coffee every morning, several drinks back to back

If you also make pour-over or drip, look for an all-purpose or single-dose grinder that switches between grind sizes easily. Then choose between flat and conical burrs, and between single dosing and a hopper.
Flat burrs tend to give more clarity and separation in the cup, which is why most modern espresso grinders use them. Conical burrs tend to give more body and texture, are more forgiving, and are common in compact, budget-friendly grinders. Both make excellent espresso.
