The beauty of our 365-day policy is it accounts for "upgrade-itis". Say you get a heat exchanger espresso machine, use it for a while and decide you really need a dual boiler instead. Or vice-versa? With this policy, you are free to exchange your item(s).
Who pays the return shipping on exchanges?
Cliff & Pebble. We will email you a prepaid shipping label after your upgrade/downgrade is complete.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibilty of the customer unless your order arrived defective, damaged, or you are exchanging your item(s) for something else.
You can, however, purchase shipping labels from us if you'd prefer as we receive discounts from UPS and FedEx. If you do not purchase a label from us it is highly recommended to insure your return shipment for the full value of your order. If you do not do this and the item(s) arrive back to us in poor condition or severely damaged, we will not be able to refund you, you'll need to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Exchanges - Cliff & Pebble covers return shipping costs.
OUTLET CENTER ITEMS - Outlet center items come with a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To avoid a restocking fee, items must be shipped back to us at your expense in all original packaging. All original accessories must also be included in your return shipment. Should these terms not be followed, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
ACCESSORIES - Accessories are unfortunately final sale and cannot be returned.
CANCELLATION - Cancelling an order prior to shipment will incur a 5% credit card processing fee to be deducted from your refund. The reason for this is we are not refunded these fees when an order is cancelled.

No, not even close.
Most dealers claim to have some sort of a risk-free 30 day only trial however what they don't tell you (at least not in plain sight) is that should you decide to return your gear even within the 30 day timeframe, not only do YOU have to pay to have it come back but you'll most likely also be charged a 10% restocking fee just for the pleasure.
With us, not only do we cover return shipping within 30 days but we also allow our customers to return product(s) for an entire year.
Average cost to ship an espresso machine - $225
Your product(s) can be used however the following must also be true in order to qualify for a return:

You must have all original boxes

You must return all original accessories that may have come with your machine or grinder

You must return any free item(s) you were awarded with your order
Items returned after 30 days will additionally go through a small inspection once we receive the machine to determine it's condition.
Either - the choice is yours.
Should you opt for an exchange/store credit, you will not be charged a restocking fee at any time however the value of you gear will be determined by us after a brief inspection upon receipt.
Take the following steps to ensure you get the max refund/store credit:

Be sure to return everything including all accessories

Be sure to return any items that were awarded for free with your order

If returning an espresso machine, drain the boilers entirely prior to repacking. Ask us for help if you need.

Clean your product(s) as best you can

Pack your product(s) using as much packing material as possible. Consult with your local UPS or FedEx stores for assistance.
Please allow between 3 and 5 business days for inspection and your refund to be processed.
