Where we don't ship
At the moment, Cliff & Pebble only ships to the continental United States. You are free to have any item shipped to a freight forwarded however please be advised that per our terms and conditions of sale, any item shipped outside the United States will result in a voided warranty. Additionally, once outside the United States, our free returns policy no longer applies.
When will my item arrive?
All orders placed before 12pm (est.) will ship same day if in stock. Once shipped, items usually arrive between 3 and 7 business days. If your item is large, above a certain price point, or extremely fragile it may ship common carrier on a wooden pallet to ensure it arrives to you in pristine condition. Products that ship this way are noted on the product page.
