No. We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Cliff & Pebble mainly uses UPS and FedEx.

Our main fulfillment center is located in Everett, WA. We also have distribution facilities in New York, Indiana, and Utah. We do not stock product in our Chicago office.

We do our best to get any order placed before 1pm est out same-day however this is not a guarantee. Products like espresso machines need to be bench tested prior to shipment. This process can sometimes delay shipment. We will keep you informed of any and all delays to your order.

We no longer offer expedited shipping, unfortunately. The reason being too many machines came back damaged when we did. Due to the fragile nature of our products, expedited shipping is simply not advisable in any case.

We do not ship outside the Continental USA at this time. Any order shipped outside this area will result in a voided warranty and a forfeit of our return policy.

Should it come to our attention your product(s) were shipped outside the continential USA, your warranty will be voided. Cliff & Pebble will not be responsible for return shipping costs either. Our products are meant to be sold and used in the USA ONLY.

No catch. Cliff & Pebble is the only dealer to offer a true, 365-day return policy. As an added bonus, if your order is returned within 30 days of purchase, we'll even pay the return shipping postage.

As long as your gear is returned within 30 days of purchase, all accessories and free gifts are included and your item(s) are in all original packaging, you will not be charged a single penny.

Items returned after 30 days will incur a restocking fee. The amount will depend on the condition of your item.

Because of this, C&P customers are given the opportunity to purchase return shipping labels from us as we receive generous discounts from our carriers. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for your return. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we are back in possession of your item(s), please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be applied.

Yes, we offer exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

If exchanging instead of returning, you will not be charged any sort of restocking fee.

Yes, however a restocking fee of up to 10% will apply.

Absolutely. We fully expect you to try your new gear out to determine if it's for you. If not, we'll take it back!
