How price matching works:

To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions (all) must be met:

• The dealer we're matching must be located in the United States.

• The dealer we're matching must be an authorized seller.

• The item we're matching cannot be an open box, refurbished, etc. It must be brand new.

• The item must be in stock from the competing retailer.

• The item cannot be from a third party marketplace (Amazon, eBay, etc).

• The item cannot be an accessory. We do not price match these.

• Sales tax amounts must be taken into account. (If they will be charging you sales tax and we wont, that will be considered when matching a price).

Price Matching FAQ

• What Products Are Eligible for Price Matching?

  We price match espresso machines and grinders as long as they are from an authorized retailer, identical, and in stock from the United States.

• What if the Competitor’s Price Includes a Coupon or Discount?

  We can match final prices that include coupons or discounts, provided they are available to all customers.

• Does Price Matching Apply to Outlet Center Items?

  Unfortunately, price matching does not apply to outlet center items, as these are already deeply discounted.

• Are There Any Exclusions?

  Yes, price matching does not apply to limited-time promotions, clearance items, or prices resulting from a pricing error.

• How Do I Prove the Competitor’s Price?

  Simply provide a link to the competitor’s product page, or a screenshot showing the lower price, including details such as product model and condition.

• What Happens if I Find a Lower Price After Purchase?

  If you find a lower price within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll match the price and refund the difference.

• Is Price Matching Available for International Customers?

  Price matching is currently available only for customers in the United States.
