Yes, we do—and we're proud to be the only espresso machine retailer in the U.S. to offer a 365-day, no-hassle return and exchange policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your espresso machine or grinder, you can return, upgrade, or downgrade it within an entire year.
Our 365-day return policy applies to espresso machines and grinders purchased directly from Cliff & Pebble, excluding items marked as final sale (e.g., Outlet Center items, refurbished units, accessories, and coffee). Your item must be in working condition, free of excessive wear, and sent back in their original boxes.
Absolutely. If you decide you'd rather upgrade to a higher-end machine or downgrade to a simpler model, you can exchange your original unit for something else—even months after your purchase.Upgrading? we pay the return shipping.
Yes. If upgrading to a product of higher monetary value, we then cover return shipping costs.
Yes! Unlike most retailers, we allow returns of used equipment as long as the machine is in good working condition and not excessively worn or damaged. We understand that you need time to truly experience your equipment.

**we reserve the right to alter any restocking fee in the event your product(s) are not returned in their original boxes, or are missing items. The amount charged will depend entirely on you, the condition of your product(s), and whether or not it is returned in all original boxes with all original accessories.
*Important* Any order cancelled prior to shipment will incur a processing fee of 5% of the order value.

The beauty of our 365-day policy is it accounts for "upgrade-itis". Say you get a heat exchanger espresso machine, use it for a while and decide you really need a dual boiler instead. Or vice-versa? With this policy, you are free to exchange your item(s).
Who pays the return shipping on exchanges?
If upgrading - we do. Downgrading? You do.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibilty of the customer unless your order arrived defective, damaged, or you are exchanging your item(s) for something else.
It is highly recommended to insure your return shipment for the full value of your order. If you do not do this and the item(s) arrive back to us in poor condition or severely damaged, we will not be able to refund you, you'll need to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Exchanges - Cliff & Pebble covers return shipping costs when upgrading only.
OUTLET CENTER ITEMS - Outlet center items come with a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To avoid a restocking fee, items must be shipped back to us at your expense in all original packaging. All original accessories must also be included in your return shipment. Should these terms not be followed, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS - These are unfortunately final sale and cannot be returned.
ACCESSORIES - Accessories are unfortunately final sale and cannot be returned.
COFFEE - Coffee is unfortunately final sale and cannot be returned.
CANCELLATION - Cancelling an order prior to shipment will incur a 5% processing fee to be deducted from your refund. The reason for this is we are not refunded these fees when an order is cancelled.
