Every window below comes with the option to return or exchange. Restocking fees increase the longer you wait — but exchanges to a higher-value product are always free, at any point.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However — if you're upgrading to a product of equal or higher value, return shipping and any restocking fee are waived entirely. That's what "free exchanges" actually means.
**Restocking fees can be increased if the product is not returned in its original packaging with all original accessories included. The fee amount depends on the condition of the item and completeness of the return. We'll always tell you the fee before you commit.

Repack the machine in its original box with all original accessories and documentation. The better the condition it's returned in, the lower any applicable restocking fee — or none at all if you're upgrading.
Ship your machine back to us fully-insured. Once we receive and inspect the machine, we process your refund or get your new machine on its way — typically within 2–3 business days of receipt.
