Order Cancellation Policy

At Cliff & Pebble, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, we’re happy to assist. However, please note that all pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing costs that we incur at the time of purchase. As a small business, we unfortunately do not receive these fees back when an order is cancelled and cannot absorb them without operating at a loss.
