Exchange Policy

You are free to exchange any of your products within 365 days of your purchase date. Shipping is your responsibility if outside 30 days from your purchase date.

Once we are in receipt of your initial purchase, it will be inspected. Once complete, your new item will be shipped. Should your first purchase arrive to us damaged or missing items, you will be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee and will be charged for the value of the missing items. 

Espresso Machines

Espresso machines can only be exchanged under this policy once due to the value and fragile nature of our products. We unfortunately cannot allow machines to be constantly shipped and exchanged. Cosmetic damage does not qualify for an even exchange. 

Exchanges For a Different Color

Exchanges for a different color product of the same model are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

**this policy is valid on orders placed on or after October 28, 2022. Orders before then unfortunately cannot be exchanged.
