You are free to exchange any of your products for free within 30 days of your purchase date. If within those 30 days, Cliff & Pebble will be responsible for shipping. If outside, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Once we are in receipt of your initial purchase, your item will be inspected. Once complete, your new item will be shipped. Should your first purchase arrive to us damaged or missing items, you will be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee and will be charged for the value of the missing items.
Espresso machines can only be exchanged under this policy once due to the value and fragile nature of our products. We unfortunately cannot allow machines to be constantly shipped and exchanged.
Exchanges For a Different Color
Exchanges for a different color product of the same model are subject to a 7% restocking fee. Cliff & Pebble still assumes any and all shipping costs.
