The Stainless Steel Espresso burrs are the standard option and what most home baristas should choose. The Red Titanium Espresso burrs have a titanium-coated edge for marginally longer life. The Stainless Steel Brew burrs are optimized for coarser grinds and filter coffee.
The DF64 has larger 64mm burrs vs the DF54's 54mm — slightly faster grinding and marginally better particle consistency at a higher price. For most home baristas pulling 1–2 drinks a day, the DF54 is more than enough. Call us and we'll help you decide.
The DF54 pairs well with entry to mid-range 58mm machines — the Turin Legato V2, Lelit Anna, Lelit Victoria, Breville Bambino Plus, and similar. If you're running a higher-end machine like the Lelit Mara X or Bianca, we'd suggest stepping up to the DF64.
