File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Email us photos and videos of any issue to sales@cliffandpebble.com. Be sure to have your 4-digit order ID (#1234) in the subject line.

Step 2: A technician will be in touch shortly with troubleshooting steps, advice, or further instructions.

BEFORE CALLING US - Please make sure you've sent us a photo or video of the issue.

Our service department requires this regardless of how minor/major you believe the issue may be. Videos help us diagnose the problem quickly without having you send the machine in. Calling us will only result in us asking for a photo or video of the issue before we can go any further.
