The Bianca V3 and the A53 Mini cost nearly the same and share almost nothing else. Buy the Bianca if you want flow control and enjoy shaping every shot. Buy the A53 Mini if you want outstanding espresso with volumetric dosing and the least possible fuss — it's the better machine for most people, and the one more buyers should be choosing.

The MaraX3 adds a Pagaia flow lever and selectable brew temperatures to a machine that was already the easiest recommendation in our lineup. If you own a MaraX V2 and are happy with it, the upgrade is not worth the money. If you are buying your first prosumer machine, it now is.
