The Acaia Pearl Model S is a professional-grade smart scale that tracks weight, time, and flow rate while you brew. It's built for pour over and handles espresso too, with dedicated modes for each.
Brew guides on the scale. Find or build a recipe in the free Acaia app, send it to the Pearl S, and follow the steps on its display.
Real-time flow rate. The display shows flow rate, time, and weight together, so you can dial in your pour speed.
Sound and voice notifications. Choose beeps, melodies, or spoken readouts of weight and time while you brew.
Eight brewing modes. Weighing Only, Dual Display, Pour-Over Auto-Start Timer, Portafilter, Espresso, Flowrate, Brewguide, and Countdown. Countdown has three presets and more than 30 tunes.
Sunlight-readable display. The dot matrix LED display is bright enough to read outdoors.
