Description
The Baratza Sette 270Wi uses 40mm conical steel burrs in an inverted design — the outer ring burr turns around a stationary cone — which grinds quickly, up to 5g per second, with very little coffee left in the machine. The Wi model adds an Acaia load cell that grinds by weight to a tenth of a gram, with three programmable dose presets, straight into the portafilter. Thirty steps of macro adjustment plus a fully stepless micro adjust cover espresso through pour-over.
