I really like the look and weight of this portafilter but haven’t yet learned how to use it properly. Water runs down the handle. I’d welcome tips on how to properly use this beauty.

I got the bottomless portafilter, which is definitely harder to use but helps identify if you're tamping correctly. It also looks great!

Cliff & Pebble recommended the Rocket bottomless portafilter over a more expensive one to go with my Rocket Espresso machine. The portafilter is heavy and well made. My only nitpick is the plastic has a sharp edge in one place, but it doesn’t effect function and doesn’t get in the way when using it. I’m very happy with the purchase and would buy again, but I don’t anticipate buying another portafilter anytime soon as this one will last a long time.
