Wendougee Data S Espresso Machine

The Wendougee Data S Espresso Machine is a compact dual-boiler machine built for home baristas who want real control over every shot. A gear pump with pressure feedback lets you shape extraction from pre-infusion to the final drops, while a 0.8 L stainless brew boiler and a separate 1.8 L stainless steam boiler keep brewing and milk steaming fully independent. Through the Wendougee E-Bar app, you can build, save and share pressure or flow profiles, then compare how small changes affect the same coffee. Add optional direct-water connection and you have one of the most capable profiling machines in its size class, as at home pulling light-roast straight shots as it is turning out back-to-back lattes.

Main Features

• Gear pump with pressure feedback for precise, repeatable control throughout the shot
• Pressure profiling and flow-priority modes, so you can target pressure over time or focus on water delivery
• Wendougee E-Bar app to build, save and share recipes from your own iOS or Android device
• Dual stainless steel boilers: 0.8 L brew and 1.8 L steam for independent brewing and strong milk-drink capacity
• Saturated group integrated with the brew boiler for stable brew temperature
• 1.5 L water reservoir, with an optional Direct Connect + Tank configuration for plumbed installs
• Compact 11.4″ footprint with full stainless construction

Tank Only or Direct Connect + Tank?

Choose Tank Only if you'll fill the machine by hand and don't plan to connect it to a water line. It's the simpler install.

Choose Direct Connect + Tank if you want the option of a plumbed water supply while keeping the reservoir. Direct plumbing needs proper espresso filtration, pressure regulation, an accessible shutoff valve, leak protection and a planned drain. Confirm the machine's connection and your water line's thread size before buying adapters; hoses from other machines won't necessarily fit.

Is the Data S Right for You?

• Great fit if: you want gear-pump profiling, independent boilers, serious steam power and the option to plumb in.
• Plan your power: a standard 15A outlet won't work. A NEMA 5-20 receptacle has a horizontal slot on one side, but the outlet's look alone doesn't prove the circuit is rated for 20A. If you're unsure, talk to an electrician before ordering.
• Check your counter depth: the machine is about 19.25″ deep before hoses, cord and working room.
• Tablet is optional: total height depends on the device and stand position you choose.
• Want something smaller? The Wendougee LITA LA gives you app-based profiling in a more compact, lower-priced package. See the comparison below.
• Commercial buyers: confirm local certification, electrical, plumbing and health-department requirements before purchase.

Warranty

The Data S is covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, supported in the US through Wendougee's North American distribution. Use soft water (50 ppm or lower) or a proper espresso water filter: scale from hard water is the most common cause of boiler problems and is not covered under warranty.
