Just got into making espresso and really enjoy using the grinder. Was easy to adjust the grind while dialing in my shots and really like how quiet the grinder is (sounds loud in the video but is actually really quiet). There is some retention but not much after using the bellow.

This is my very first espresso grinder and I’m really happy with it. I wanted to start out with a good quality grinder instead of having to upgrade later. I only use it for espresso so the small dial isn’t an issue for me. It’s easy to adjust finer or courser as needed. The bellows also get SO much coffee out after grinding so that’s a plus of the Zero. Overall very happy with the grinder itself and my experience purchasing from cliff and pebble. I thought the deal I got was too good to be true but the machine works perfectly!

After a few weeks of daily use, I can say I am quite satisfied with the Mignon Zero. It's very easy to use, especially if you are used to the typical espresso making ritual. I like to explore espresso bean varieties and the fine adjustment on this grinder lets me dial in the grind size to suit the particular beans. The baffle seems to do a pretty good job of limiting retention. I have been weighing my beans pre and post grinding every time I use it and have never seen more than 0.1 grams of retention. The machine is solidly built and the quality really shows. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the grinder is. No more worries about waking up the whole house grinding coffee in the morning. Good job Eureka.
