Coming with all the features you've come to know & love from the V2, the V3 will heat up quicker, and now comes with an electronic low flow mode that will essentially automate the flow profiling process (you won't need to move the flow paddle). Additionally, there are now 4 power modes: always on, sleep mode, eco-mode, and stand-by mode.
Rotary Pump

Movable Water Tank

Perhaps our favorite feature is the moveable water tank. Most customers will be putting the machine beneath overhanging cabinets in their kitchen and if you aren't going to plumb the machine in to your water lines, you'll have to pull the machine out to fill the reservoir almost on a daily basis. The water reservoir can be fitted to sit on either side of the machine to avoid this problem and is an awesome feature.
It's commercial-grade rotary pump is quiet, consistent, and will make plumbing your machine in easy (optional). Combine all that with PID, stainless steel boilers, and a shot timer, the Lelit Bianca V3 Dual Boiler Espresso Machine truly has everything you need - and more!
