The LUCCA M58 Sunto is a compact E61 dual boiler built by Quick Mill in Milan — the same manufacturer behind some of the most respected prosumer machines in the world. It has everything serious home baristas look for: independent PID on both boilers, a whisper-quiet rotary pump, joystick steam and water controls, and a dedicated group head heating element that brings it to brew temperature 40% faster than standard E61 machines.
