The LUCCA M58 Sunto with Flow Control is the M58 Sunto with an E61 flow control paddle pre-installed — giving you manual pressure adjustment throughout extraction without any additional setup. Everything that made the M58 Sunto exceptional: the compact dual boiler built by Quick Mill in Milan — the same manufacturer behind some of the most respected prosumer machines in the world. It has everything serious home baristas look for: independent PID on both boilers, a whisper-quiet rotary pump, joystick steam and water controls, and a dedicated group head heating element that brings it to brew temperature 40% faster than standard E61 machines.
