In every respect, the Specialita has fulfilled my expectations. Infinitely adjustable, astonishingly quiet, it has been the perfect match for my Lelit Victoria, also purchased from Cliff & Pebble. Can't speak to milk drinks, as I do not do them, but have really enjoyed the adventure of dialing in a few local roasts. Highly recommend these machines from C & P.
C&Cliff & Pebble6 months agoThank you so much for this — the Specialita and Victoria is such a great pairing, and it sounds like you're really enjoying the process of dialing in local roasts. That's what it's all about! Really appreciate the kind words and glad to have you as a customer.

If I could give 10 stars for the service, I would! The team at Cliff & Pebble are very nice and accommodating. I purchased my eureka as an open box item that turned out to be brand new (never used) and with full warranty. Prior to making the purchase I had shot over several emails back-and-forth asking questions and the staff was very nice. I think the one piece of feedback that I would have for people who buy this grinder is to look into getting a dial ring (I got mine from ARO) instead of using the default circle knob that comes with this. The dial ring is much larger and so it’s easier to pick smaller steps as you try to hone in your espresso grind sizes. I think it would be cool if C&P carried this as an accessory and was by default recommended, but I’m sure there’s a process for that. Happy grinding!
C&Cliff & Pebble26 minutes agoThank you, this made our day! So glad your open-box Specialita turned out to be such a great find, and that our answers helped you decide. Great tip on the larger dial ring, too. It really does make those small espresso adjustments easier. Happy grinding!

Very happy with this precise and quiet grinder. It takes a bit of fine-tuning to dial it in and the output weight for a set time will naturally vary with the amount of beans in the hopper, but it looks good, works reliably and grinds very nicely for espresso.
C&Cliff & Pebble22 minutes agoThank you! The Specialita is a precise, quiet grinder, and it’s great to hear it’s delivering for espresso. You’re right that timed output shifts a bit with hopper level. Enjoy!

Very nice grinder. Takes a little while to adjust the burs correctly and weight output for constant time naturally varies slightly depending on the amount of beans in the hopper. Super quiet grinder!
C&Cliff & Pebble22 minutes agoThanks for the review! Dialing in takes a little patience at first, but it pays off. For steadier doses, try keeping the hopper at a similar level or weighing each dose. If you ever want a hand, give us a call.
