When will my item arrive?

In stock items usually ship same day or within 24 hours however this is not a guarantee. Please reference your order receipt for any current fulfillment delays. Espresso machines and grinders are both bench tested to ensure everything is working properly prior to shipment.

Once shipped, your item will arrive within 3-5 business days. UPS and FedEx are our usual carriers however certain larger items may ship on a pallet due to the value and weight. The Bianca V3 does not ship on a pallet.

365-Day Returns (C&P Exclusive)

We're proud to offer our customers an entire year to try out their Bianca V3. Don't like it? We'll take it back. If returning the machine outright, return shipping will be your responsibilty however if you're exchanging for a different machine, we will cover the return shipping via a prepaid shipping label to be emailed to you. 

Restocking Fees

We hate these just as much as you. Return your item within 30 days of purchase in all original packaging with all original accessories and we promise not to charge a restocking fee.
